Line Balancing Training Course

Line Balancing is an analytical technique that calculates the cycle time based on daily or hourly time yield calculation. It combines the identified and split processes into a station with the lowest possible pause or the highest availability. It attempts to allocate different types of processes to achieve a balance and minimize idle time and hence enabling configuration of an appropriate number of employees or processes in work stations.
