We conducted three in-house training courses for a US-funded plastic & electronics company, including "Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Control Plan (CP)", "Production Part Approval Process PPAP" and "Statistical Process Control (SPC)." The courses was explained how to apply APQP and other automotive product development tools during advance product planning, including: "Quality Function Deployment (QFD)", "Value Engineering (VE)", "Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFM&A)", "Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)", "Measurement System Analysis (MSA)", "Statistical Process Control (SPC)", to determine the process has sufficient capability to meet all customer requirements for mass production.
