Certified Factory Auditor Training (14th intake)

Hong Kong Productivity Council invited Mr. WONG Kin Wai of Shingo Company Limited as a speaker and demo auditor in a training course named “Factory Auditor Training Scheme Diploma Course”. In 7^th June class, Mr. Wong taught the principles of production management and process monitoring, inclusive of production planning and control, Bill of material (BOM), procurement lead time and material resource planning, and shared a number of case studies. Besides, he led the 13 participants to perform a demo audit at “Spintec Precision Manufactory Limited” on 12^th July with 2 auditors from Hong Kong SGS, in which the audit scope incorporates ISO9001, OHSAS18001 and ISO14001. During the whole demo audit, 3 auditors guided the participants on the auditing techniques and criteria and as a result, enhanced the participants’ ability of supplier evaluation an audit.
